PRICES,
ROOM FEES, EVENT MINIMUMS
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted on banquet
menus do not include a 18.5% service charge or Wisconsin sales tax. A
$100 room fee applies for rental of each room. An Event Minimum will
be calculated and specified on your contract once you decide number
of guests and format.
AUDIOVISUAL
Inquire about background music, TV, monitors, VHS,
and microphone equipment. For interviews, private booths are available
in the Newsroom.
MUSIC
AND ENTERTAINMENT
DJ, karaoke music, magicians, dancing, and Las Vegas-style
"Gambling" (for fun) are available for an additional charge. Inquire
about details.
SCHOOL,
TOUR AND BUS GROUPS
Special menus are available for school, tour and bus groups.

DIRECTIONS
You are now cleared to examine directions
to our secret location.
PAYMENT
A minimum deposit of $200.00 or 25% is required upon
booking your event, with the balance due on or before the day of
the function. All invoices are payable on receipt. Cash, Corporate
Check, VISA, Mastercard and American Express accepted.
GUARANTEE
All food and beverages service must be supplied by
Safe House. An approximate number of guests in attendance should
be provided when booking your event. A guaranteed number is
required five (5) days prior to service. This will be the
number of guests for which you will be charged, even if fewer guests
attend. Generally we are able to accommodate a 5% increase for unexpected
arrivals.
DAMAGES
You are responsible for any damages done to the Safe
House by your guests, employees, independent contractors or other
agents. Safe House does not accept any responsibility for the damage
or loss of any merchandise or articles left in the restaurant, prior
to or following a patron's event.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
Cancellation policy is set in relation to the size of your event.
A contract will be provided for details.
